Dawn lives in Anne Arundel County with her husband and their three rambunctious boys. Their oldest son was diagnosed with autism in 2003. Dawn also has an adult uncle with autism which provides her a unique perspective regarding lifespan issues for family members. Dawn's background includes nonprofit management, program development, fund raising, and public relations.

Rebecca lives in Baltimore County with her husband and two daughters. She comes to Pathfinders with 13 years experience working with nonprofits in Baltimore that address social and environmental issues. She has extensive background in community organizing and outreach, volunteer management, public relations and special events planning.

Karran joins Pathfinders with much enthusiasm. She brings over 20 years experience at a local university and the moving and storage industry. Karran and her husband enjoy boating, kayaking, gardening, and bird watching.

As the parent of an adult daughter on the autism spectrum, Linda has had considerable experience with the needs of families dealing with autism. She brings perspective and knowledge gained from active participation in the Baltimore County Commission on Disabilities, the Baltimore-Chesapeake Chapter of the Autism Society of America, and other organizations.
