Feeling lost in the special education world? Please join us for an informal discussion on the information you need to help understand the many forms and acronyms that you have been seeing. What is an IEP? What does 5 days, 60 days, 90 days mean to me? What is a good goal for my child? Come in with any papers or forms you have questions about. We are here to help you help your child! Registration appreciated, but not required.

We are offering two Online Social Skills Groups this fall.
Our Teen/Adult Group is geared for individuals between the ages of 15-21 years. The group is taught by a licensed BCBA and we utilize the PEERS ® Curriculum to teach and practice a variety of social skills. Each week consists of a Social Group meeting for the participants to learn and practice skills followed by a parent meeting to learn the next week’s lessons and how to support their child. All meetings take place through our HIPAA compliant video-conferencing software, Zoom.
Teen/Adult Group: Meetings every Monday from 5-7pm from September 16th to October 28th via Zoom
If you have any questions or would like more information about our services and our models of treatment, please contact Meredith Kimener at 703.635.6846 or mkimener@autismspectrumalliance.com.
