Christie Rogers, SLPD, CCC-SLP will present "The Impact of Autism on Siblings" on Thursday, November 4, 2021, from 11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. EST as part of the CARD Fall Training Series. Dr. Christie Rogers will provide webinar attendees with an overview of the current literature regarding the impact of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) on typically-developing siblings.

By the end of the training, attendees will be able to:

1. Comprehend current literature regarding the positive and negative effects on siblings raised in a household with a sibling with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
2. Understand a group intervention strategy used for typical siblings
3. Retain resources and information to support siblings of children with ASD

Education professionals, healthcare professionals, related service providers, family members and community members are all invited to attend.
