Our Sensory Sensory events include a trained and caring staff that work to ensure each guest has a fun-filled visit. We realize that the Chuck E. experience can be very stimulating for any child, so our mission is to create an event that allows ALL kids to be a kid.

Introduce young children to age-appropriate and fun classical ballet by joining the Three Little Kittens as they travel through Nursery Rhymes and Fairy Tales to find their lost mittens. Their journey leads them to beautiful palaces, deep into forests, over hill and dale, and even into other people’s homes. They meet Nursery Rhyme characters like Jack and Jill and the Old Lady in the Shoe, as well as Fairy Tale personalities such as Cinderella, Prince Charming, Snow White, and even Peter Pan and Tinkerbell. They’ll find their mittens, but even better, they’ll find wonderful new friends along the way.

Join the Connelly School of the Holy Child community as they tell the story of a rock and roll singer who is about to go into the army with their upcoming performance of Bye Bye Birdie. Watch Holy Child students and guest actors from Landon and the Heights School put on a performance of this classic musical act on Friday, February 28th at 7:00 pm and Saturday, February 29th at 2:00pm and 7:00pm and on February 22 at 11:00 am for a special sensory friendly performance.
You can also join Holy Child on February 22nd at 11am for our sensory friendly performance of Bye Bye Birdie. For this performance, the house lights are only turned down slightly and the music is soft! The audience is permitted (and encouraged) to get up and walk around or even dance. One of the benefits of a sensory friendly performance is that kids are free to be who they are and do what they need to do (sing, talk, walk around, dance, flap, carry an iPad) – things that are typically discouraged in traditional theater settings. There will be a quiet room available as well in case someone needs a break.
No ticket required.
