Homelessness Solutions Program (HSP) by Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD)
Through the Homelessness Solutions Program, the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) provides federal and state funding to the 16 local Continua of Care (CoCs) to support homeless shelters and homeless services programs across the State of Maryland. This includes funds previously managed through the Emergency Solutions Grant; Rental Allowance Program; Emergency and Transitional Housing and Services; Homeless Women’s Crisis Shelter Homes; Service-Linked Housing; and the Housing Navigator and Aftercare Program.
