Jeremy Sparks is a seasoned 9-1-1 professional with over 16 years of experience in emergency communications, including answering 9-1-1 calls and serving as both a police and fire dispatcher. Currently a 9-1-1 Supervisor in Howard County, Maryland, he is recognized for his expertise in operations, training, and leadership within the field. He serves as Chair of the Howard County Training Committee and is a member of the Maryland State ECC Planning and Training Workgroup, where he helps shape best practices for emergency communications.
