Chapel Haven Asperger's Syndrome Adult Transition Program

The focus of the Asperger's Syndrome Adult Transition Program is to assist adults in developing independent social competencies across all settings. The program begins as an individualized residential program that targets acquisition of effective coping strategies; problem solving; independent (adaptive) life skills; and career experiences.
