Educational Resources has been protecting and promoting the educational rights of students with disabilities since 2004. Our mission is to provide high quality advocacy for children with special needs and their families. We provide education advocacy to children and families in the Washington, DC metropolitan area (DMV), Baltimore and New York City.                         All parents want their children to be successful in school. If your child is having difficulties in school related to academic, behavioral or social/emotional problems, it is vitally important that your child receives the full range of educational support services to which he/she is entitled. If the school failed to act upon the concerns you've raised about your child's inability to thrive academically, call the experts at Educational Resources.                    Some difficulties qualify as a “disability” due to their nature or severity. While many parents don’t like th​e term, if your child has a disability, he/she may be eligible for extra assistance from the school that can help them academically, emotionally or socially. We’ll help you understand how to get a correct diagnosis, understand the criteria for assistance and figure out how they apply to your child.
