Infant and Toddlers Teams Baltimore County’s inter agency Infants and Toddlers teams work out of five corresponding geographic sites in Baltimore County to provide services to nearly 2,400 eligible infants and toddlers and their families. Each team is led by a Team Leader and includes a variety of positions to support children and families. Additional members include service providers and service coordinators.
