Chrysalis Collaborations

Chrysalis Collaborations is a woman and person with disabilities owned consulting firm that works with organizations, community members, and government to understand how human services, housing, and employment work on the ground and improve employment and life chances for people with disabilities. As a person with significant developmental disabilities and guide to two young adults on the autism spectrum, our expertise combines personal experience with DDA, DORS and other services in Maryland with over 25 years of professional expertise. Services to individuals are offered in Baltimore, Howard, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and portions of Prince George's and Frederick counties. We offer trainings, workshops, and program/policy development services to groups and organizations.
