Linda Barton is a special education consultant and advocate with more than 30 years of experience. She has taught children in urban, rural and suburban school districts providing both classroom instruction and itinerant services for children from pre-school through high school. Linda worked as an IEP and testing specialist, including securing and monitoring nonpublic placements for students whose needs exceeded what could be provided in the public schools setting.Linda taught Understanding Special Education and Disabilities at Towson and Testing and Diagnosis at Johns Hopkins Universities. She has successfully advocated for children throughout Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania.
