Autism Parents of Howard County

This group is for parents or guardians who reside in Howard County, MD and the surrounding area who have family members affected by autism and related disorders. (Parents who suspect their child has autism but do not have a formal diagnosis are also welcome.) Prospective members *must* answer the 2 questions before being accepted into the group. One reminder will be sent. If the questions in a weeks time remain unanswered, the request will be declined. You may request to join again later. We are a close-knit community that helps each other with support, questions, resources, and information. Members of this group have elected to keep it reserved for parents and guardians only and not providers, school system personnel, retailers/commercial entities, government officials etc. While we treasure all the wonderful people who support and teach our children, this little space is reserved just for us. :) (Don't be shy and come on in if you happen to take on a few roles!)
