Madeline grew up with two brothers with disabilities, one with Down syndrome and one with Down syndrome and autism. From an early age she saw how freeing and expressive it was for them to run, jump, and play. She brings that lifelong perspective, along with a professional adaptive personal training certification, to every client she works with.
Sessions are held at The Performance Barn in Lisbon, Maryland, an accessible small-group training facility. Quiet hours are available for clients with sensory sensitivities, and parents and caregivers are welcome to stay for the full session in the clean and comfortable lobby.
