I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 23 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis in education, 15 of those years in a supervisory/management role. I have worked with learners with Autism, other intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavior disorders, and mental health diagnoses in home, school, vocational, residential and community settings. Over the last 18 years, I have provided behavior consultation to classrooms, teachers, and for specific students. For the last 8 years, I have served as an expert witness and independent educational evaluator (i.e., program evaluations, functional behavior assessments) to screen cases for merit, review and analyze of records, conduct observations, supply written and verbal reports, define applicable standards of care and deviations, and research and evaluate the validity and reliability of research relied on by all parties.
