Dr. Iepson is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 6 years experience across a variety of settings; including in-home psychotherapy and behavioral specialist services; outpatient mental health; residential treatment; and crisis intervention. Areas of clinical focus include psychological assessment for all age groups; as well as individual and family therapy with children/adolescents experiencing various difficulties [e.g.; disruptive behavior disorders; attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); mood disorders; learning disorders; etc.]. Dr. Iepson primarily utilizes a cognitive-behavioral approach in therapy; but she will include other techniques as appropriate to be the most effective for each individualized client and family.
