Cura Personalis Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Montgomery County, MD which provides vocational and prevocational training to young adults and transitioning youth with developmental disabilities.

Cura Personalis is a Latin phrase that translates as "care for the entire person." Cura Personalis suggests individualized attention to the needs of the other, distinct respect for his or her unique circumstances and concerns, and an appropriate appreciation for his or her particular gifts and insights. 

The Cura Personalis Project (CPP) strives to provide a range of pre-vocational and vocational experiences to individuals with developmental disabilities. Through workshops, field experiences and daily work experiences, CPP provides training, mentoring and supervision to support individualized vocational, social and functional life skills necessary for individuals to reach their potential during their adult lives. CPP started as a pilot program in July 2014 with two participants who were receiving support through MD DDA self-directed funding. Needing a program that provided them with a meaningful day plus mentoring and support for direct care staff, CPP was created. Cura Personalis Project teaches individuals with developmental disabilities vocational, social and life skills based on the individual's abilities, interests and personal goals. Meeting five days a week at a local stable in Montgomery County MD, the project now supports a small group of young adults from MD, VA and DC who perform animal care, gardening and property maintenance tasks. Cypress Creek Therapy Associates (or CCT for short) has provided physical; speech; occupational; and aquatic therapy outpatient services to the families of Anne Arundel and surrounding counties for more than a decade. The industry experts at Advance Magazine recently recognized us as “Practice of the Year” out of thousands of physical therapy practices across the nation. Cypress Creek Therapy has consistently won “Best Physical Therapy” in the Severna Park Voice and Maryland Gazette reader polls every year since 2012.
