Healthy Beginnings is a part of the Verbal Beginnings ABA therapy group, based out of Columbia, MD. Healthy Beginnings is an outpatient pediatric program to address feeding challenges, such as selective eating, food/liquid refusal, feeding tube dependence, liquid dependence, as well as functional skills such as self-feeding. A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) oversees all aspects of treatment and each treatment program is individualized based off of the child's needs. These services are available to the child that demonstrates problematic mealtime behavior, regardless of diagnosis. This program consists of assessment of mealtime behavior, 1:1 intervention, and parent training. Weekly and daily appointments are available, depending upon the needs of the child.

A home visiting program for families of very young children. Its purpose is to enhance parent child interactions and prevent child abuse and neglect.

Our practice specializes in conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing therapeutic strategies for clients who face academic, social and emotional difficulties. We use our expertise to help our clients overcome obstacles to realizing their full potential, and thereby achieve academic, professional and personal success.
