Care and Recreational Activities for Autistic People (CARAFAP) is an organization that provides behavioral health services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. CARAFAP is an approved autism waiver agency and DDA provider in the State of Maryland. CARAFAP's mission is to empower and encourage individuals with developmental disabilities to help them live a more productive life and encourage them to strive to execute their dreams despite their disability. Our organization provides a cohesive environment that is tailored to aid in fostering needs on an individual basis. Services are provided in-home and in the community. CARAFAP serves the following: Anne Arundel Baltimore City Baltimore County Calvert County Carroll County Cecil County Charles County Eastern Shore Harford County Montgomery County Northern Virginia Prince George's St. Mary's Washington DC We have licensed and/or trained staff employed for CARAFAP who provide services in DC; MD; & VA.
