Howard County Department of Citizen Services - Office on Aging

Serves older adults, their families, caregivers, adults with disabilities and agencies supporting these groups. Seven Senior Centers and three Senior Center Plus sites offer life-long learning, health & wellness activities, lunch, arts, programming, inter-generational activities in the community, information on senior services, peere support groups, specialized programs for seniors with special needs and volunteer placement. Information and Assistance services cover transportation, housing, long-term care planning, access to public benefits, disability services, in-home evaluations, financial assistance, home repair, fall prevention, reverse mortgage, counseling, family caregiver support and in-home services.
