Rennox Caregivers

We are Rennox Caregivers, a licensed home and community-based provider in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Our agency provides integrated support and services to individuals with special needs from childhood through adolescence and continues as they transition into adulthood (DDA and DDS services). We provide supreme quality of care and access to resources and programs to meet the unique needs of each and every individual and family we serve. Our primary goal is to Empower People with Disabilities for Independence. Our mission is to provide compassion-filled and individualized quality programs to foster independence for children and adults with disabilities and other specialized needs. Our Approach involves conducting thorough assessments and evaluations; developing personalized treatment plans; implementing treatment goals and objectives by professional therapists; constant monitoring and supervision of technicians; providing family consultation services to parents and family members; and monitoring, documenting as well as communicating progress. Our Philosophy service is based upon the premise that regardless of obvious disabilities, a child with autism or any developmental disability has an incredible potential to significantly improve his/her condition once the appropriate behavior intervention is implemented. We also believe that regardless of age, every milestone deserves a celebration. Our people are our greatest assets. We operate a team structure model which makes it obvious that each employee and contracted consultant is part of one big team – Rennox Caregivers. Our professional staff comprises certified special educators; licensed/certified psychologists and counselors; licensed/certified social workers; board-certified behavioral analysts (BCBAs); and speech therapists. All our technicians are appropriately licensed/certified, highly skilled and adequately trained to provide services and care for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
