Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP): Helps clients build essential life skills such as budgeting, job readiness, social skills, and health education while connecting them with community resources to support independence and mental wellness at home or in the community. Targeted Case Management (TCM): Provides one-on-one support to connect individuals with housing, healthcare, employment, education, and other community resources while coordinating care and promoting stability and independence. Therapy: Offers individual, group, and family therapy in a safe and supportive environment to address mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral concerns through in-person or telehealth services. Medication Management: Provides personalized psychiatric care and medication monitoring to help reduce symptoms, improve quality of life, and support ongoing mental health treatment through in-office or telehealth visits.
