Community Living
Positive Pathways Inc. is a non-profit community based adult Residential and Supported Employment program committed to serving individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Our individuals live in homes across Baltimore city and counties. They are supported in activities of daily living, personal attention, functional life skills and basic health care. Our staff are dedicated to providing quality service with dignity and respect.
Individual Support Service
We customize skills training based on individuals preferences, interests, needs, and as stipulated by their individual treatment plans. Registered nurses on duty 24/7 to administer medications and conduct nursing assessments. All staff members are trained in CPR, first aid and are certified in medication administration.
Behavioral Support Service
All behavioral support services are individually-focused and developed. Services may include individual therapy, 24-hour crisis support and clinical consultation in interdisciplinary team meetings.
