The Howard County Autism Society, an affiliate of the Autism Society of America, serves individuals on the autism spectrum, their families and their communities by providing information, support and advocacy; by promoting awareness of autism that values the dignity and uniqueness of each individual; and by working to improve the quality of and access to services and educational opportunities. HCAS offers a wealth of different programming, support and training opportunities to those who in and and around Howard County. Support group meetings give opportunities for parents to share experiences and listen to speakers on topics of interest.
