SSP Wellness Center offers remote, neurodiversity-affirming nervous system support for autistic adults, children, and families throughout the USA, and worldwide. Our core service is the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a non-invasive listening therapy developed by Dr. Stephen Porges. SSP uses specially filtered music delivered through headphones to retrain the way your nervous system processes sound and safety cues, gradually shifting it out of that chronic fight, flight, or freeze state. As the nervous system settles, many people experience reduced sensory sensitivity, less anxiety, more emotional resilience, and an easier time navigating daily life, helping them to feel safer, calmer, and more resilient. We specialize in microdosing SSP, meaning sessions are paced gently and tailored entirely to what your system can comfortably handle. Our dedicated neurodiversity-affirming coach and SSP provider, Sam Ford, brings over 15 years of experience supporting people with autism, ADHD, and complex needs. Sam offers both SSP and coaching, either together, or independently of each other. Sam's coaching approach is built on a simple principle: regulation before expectation. Rather than focusing on behavior or compliance, she helps reduce overwhelm, ease sensory challenges, support transitions and routines, and build confidence and independence at a pace that feels safe. Somatic coaching is also available for those who want body-centered support alongside or independent of SSP. All services are fully remote, with subscriptions starting at $59/month.
