Our aim is to provide safe; decent; sanitary and affordable housing to the low and moderate income residents of Allegany County; Maryland and the surrounding areas and to provide supportive services to the elderly residents residing at Willow Valley Apartments in order to prevent premature institutionalism and to enhance their quality of life.
