Centennial Medical Group (CMG) is a group practice of Internists, Family Physicians and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners who provide high quality comprehensive primary care. Our group was locally founded in Howard County and has been practicing medicine for 25 years. We are proud of our caring and competent clinical and administrative staff.
