Express Yourself Therapy is a developmental-based, pediatric therapy practice that fosters development through honoring each child’s gifts and passions. We serve children with a wide range of delays and disorders mainly in the Chicagoland area at several convenient locations, along with our new location in Kensington, Maryland. Our treatment is family-centered, utilizes a whole-child approach, and simultaneously supports all domains of development. EYT Counseling and Wellness Center offers a holistic approach to mental health including counseling sessions, wellness coaching and personal training. Our counselors have advanced training in many counseling approaches, always utilizing research based practices. We strive to create an environment where our clients feel comfortable, safe and are continually making progress towards their personal goals.
