Jewish Community Services (JCS) is a comprehensive non-profit human service agency of The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. JCS provides a broad range of services that meet the diverse, multi-dimensional needs of individuals and families throughout Central Maryland. JCS provides counseling, advocacy and case management services to children, adults and families of individuals with special needs. Other services include assistance with independent living skills, tutoring, and locating and obtaining special equipment. JCS works with the Developmental Disability Administration (DDA) to obtain and fund resources and services.

The Jewish Foundation for Group Homes (JFGH), a non-sectarian, not-for-profit organization established in 1982, is a community residential program serving adults, age 18 and older, with developmental disabilities, emotional/ behavioral issues, and/or chronic mental illness. We provide long term support, personal assistance services, and training to enhance independent living skills. JFGH serves more than 150 individuals in more than 60 homes, apartments, and other living arrangements throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.

JSSA offers services on a NON-SECTARIAN basis including: mental health services, specialized mental health services for the deaf and hard of hearing, case management, life-long advocacy, supported employment for individuals with developmental disabilities, career counseling, home health services, workshops and groups.

JSSA's Autism Disorders Across the Lifespan services and programs provide support for the whole family (parents, siblings, and other family members) empowering them to make informed decisions and access needed services that maximize the quality of life, development potential, and functioning of their loved ones and the entire family as a unit. JSSA's services offer ongoing monitoring, support and education for the entire family through:Identification and assessment of child and family needs,Development of an integrated plan of care,Specialized counseling, groups, workshops and trainings,Specialized couples counseling and parent support, andService coordination with multiple providers including behavioral supports.
