Welcome to ORBC's Special Needs Ministry. Whether you are a new family; potential volunteer; or church leader; it is our hope you will connect; learn; and be encouraged by what you see and read.Statistics show that 93% of churches do not have a special needs ministry. Sue Davis; Reach Ministry Coordinator and the parent of an Austistic child; overwhelmingly felt the desire to start this ministry.Our desire is to:• Celebrate each child's uniqueness and differences• Provide a safe environment• Provide an opportunity for each child to grow in their relationship with Christ• Allow parents/guardians to attend a service on Sunday mornings and not worry about their precious child

OTC offers expertise to enhance; not duplicate; what is already available within the local and surrounding community(s). Through partnership with existing providers and families; OTC offers specialized assessment(s); consultations; home programs; & direct treatment; to help children grow and develop at home and school and to make it easier for adults and parents; to live their lives to the fullest.
