Community Living
 Positive Pathways Inc. is a non-profit  community based adult Residential and Supported Employment program committed to serving individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Our individuals live in homes across Baltimore city and counties. They are supported in activities of daily living, personal attention, functional life skills and basic health care. Our staff are dedicated to providing quality service with dignity and respect.

Individual Support Service
We customize skills training based on individuals preferences, interests, needs, and as stipulated by their individual treatment plans.  Registered nurses on duty 24/7 to administer medications and conduct nursing assessments. All staff members are trained in CPR, first aid and are certified in medication administration. 

Behavioral Support Service
All behavioral support services are individually-focused and developed. Services may include individual therapy, 24-hour crisis support and clinical consultation in interdisciplinary team meetings.

At Positive Reinforcement ABA Therapy Inc.; we provide intensive one-on-one therapy sessions to treat the signs and symptoms of Autism. Our therapists create family-focused learning experiences for each child in their home. They also coordinate community assistance; school consultation; and other supports to help each child use new skills in social situations. The THERAPY MODEL we use to help children with autism—Applied Behavior Analysis.

Positive Strides Therapeutic Riding Center offers therapeutic riding for children and adults. Our mission is; "Promoting growth and healing through horses to the Mid Shore and beyond."

Our name, Positive Strides, reinforces the confidence, self-esteem and optimism that our riders achieve through our therapeutic programs.  From autism and addiction recovery to PTSD and cerebral palsy, equine therapy can play a powerful role in giving a person the confidence and skills they need to live a fulfilling life. Our CATCH Riders program helps youth at risk and adults recovering from family violence and sexual abuse. Just brushing and interacting with a horse can calm a person with dementia or help someone with depression.
