Project Lifesaver International helps provide rapid response to save lives and reduce potential for serious injury for adults and children who wander due to Alzheimer?s; autism; Down syndrome; dementia and other related cognitive conditions. Project Lifesaver International provides in-depth training for law enforcement and other public safety agencies on the use of specialized electronic search and rescue equipment; technology and procedures; as well as teaching rescuers how to communicate with people afflicted with cognitive conditions; all of which are essential to the successful rescue of missing persons who wander or otherwise become lost. They certify search and rescue personnel and provide ongoing management to participating agencies.

Project SEARCH connects young adults and adults with special needs with work opportunities to help provide employment training and prepare them for competitive employment and a successful adult life.

Promise Landing Farm is a creative engine for inclusivity, engaging community members with and without disabilities in meaningful interactions with each other and their equine partners to foster a community where everyone is valued and included. Join us for horseback riding lessons, unmounted clubs, volunteer opportunities, and other activities at the farm! PLF has two locations: Promise Landing Farm Headquarters is in Prince George's County at 16900 Clagett Landing Rd, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774. Promise Landing Farm at the Melwood Recreation Center is in Charles County at 9035 Ironsides Rd, Nanjemoy, MD 20662.
