Our mission is to offer a universal design for fitness that empowers people of all abilities to exercise successfully in a socially integrated setting. SPIRIT Club provides supportive and accommodating fitness programs that aim to increase the health & wellness of people of ALL abilities, including people with physical & developmental disabilities, mental health & substance abuse disorders, and those impacted by age-related disease. S.P.I.R.I.T. is an acronym that represents our philosophy of ensuring programs are Social, Physical, Interactive, Respectful, Integrated and include Teamwork. SPIRIT Club strives to employ people with different abilities to lead & assist classes, and help maintain our administration and facility. SPIRIT Club supports over 300 people with different abilities including people who are nonverbal, those diagnosed with autism, Down syndrome, intellectual differences, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, CHARGE syndrome, muscular dystrophy, paralysis, stroke survivors and community members without any diagnosis. SPIRIT Club offers modifications and support that allows every person to successfully participate in exercise. All SPIRIT Club Head Trainers are certified Fitness Instructors through an NCCA accredited organization, and certified in Behavioral Principles & Strategies and MANDT through the Maryland DDA.

Sporting Smiles is a pediatric dentistry and family orthodontic practice that uses state-of-the-art technology to promote healthy smiles for fun and active lifestyles. We work to help patients and families achieve and maintain the highest levels of dental health through our total body wellness approach to dentistry. As board-certified and board-eligible specialists, our doctors are experts when it comes to pediatric and orthodontic care for children of all ages. We are also adept at providing services to patients of all ages, including adults, who have special or behavioral needs. We are trained to ensure that your child’s dental visit is safe and comfortable. We hope to be part of the total wellness team that takes care of your family. Our treatment approach is conservative. In our opinion, disease prevention is the key to promoting healthy smiles. We use dental education to give all our patients the tools they need to enjoy healthy teeth for the rest of their life.

SPORTS PLUS is a Montgomery County Maryland based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers year-round; uniquely structured; co-ed sports programs for verbal children able to follow multi-step directions between the ages of 5 and 14 with mild to moderate autistic spectrum disorders; ADD/ADHD and other developmental disabilities. These children have capabilities that fit between existing mainstream sports programs and adaptive sports programs. SPORTS PLUS offers both indoor and outdoor programs that feature innovative techniques; the participation of neurotypical siblings and a comfortable; supportive and productive environment for all participants and their parents.
