We are an outpatient mental health clinic that serves children, adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of problems. Our focus is to help Autistic people develop awareness  and recognize the value in their differences. Our aim being to help individuals learn to embrace their differences in a manner that allows them to successfully navigate the world yet remain authentically themselves. In doing this we also aim to discover strategies that address challenges, while allowing individuals to become aware of their strengths, realize their potentials, and improve their quality of life. Additionally, we always hold the mission of promoting neurodiversity, facilitating acceptance and inclusion via a spectrum of support services we provide to individuals, families, and organizations.

Spectrum Support primarily serves people age 14 and older who have disabilities that often present significant challenges for them to achieve their life goals. In Allegany, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick and Howard counties, Spectrum provides supports for people to access meaningful activities in the community, including an emphasis on volunteer opportunities which focus on giving back to the community. Spectrum also has skilled employment staff which help people to obtain and maintain paid employment. In the Baltimore area, Spectrum provides residential supports as well.

Spectrum; LLC is a home-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) agency that specializes in providing individualized evaluation; treatment; and consultation services to children with autism and related disorders in various parts of Maryland. Our staff, consisting of Behavior Technicians (BT), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Board Certified assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts - Doctoral (BCBA-D) have specialized training in the use of verbal behavior and discrete trial methodology; as well as the management of problem behaviors, self-help, and social skills.
