Bodhi is a small private mental health practice in North East, MD, currently offering appointments for individual, couples, family counseling sessions both virtually and in person. Mental health counseling comes in many different forms. At Bodhi, the goal is to provide an environment in which ideas are exchanged in an effort to alleviate current stress levels and to promote emotional growth. An exchange of ideas occurs, involving the sharing of perceived problems or issues by the client and knowledge and experience by the counselor. BodyBenders offers physical therapy to infants; children; and teens. Our pediatric focus sets us apart from therapy clinics that service adults. We provide an atmosphere of professionalism in a child-friendly environment. Our facility is equipped with a climbing wall; ceiling suspension system; and a custom pediatric treadmill. Our services are performed by a Board-Certified Pediatric Specialist with 10 years of experience; including expertise in sensory integration and early intervention.

Heaven to Earth Healing Arts; LLC provides a specific type of holistic health care called "energy healing". Specializing in a technique called BodyTalk; this and other similar modalities help the body heal itself by opening up the pathways of communication between the organs; endocrines and body parts. In this manner; the body and mind can function optimally. Sessions involve the use of a simple biofeedback technique called "muscle testing" used to ask yes/no questions of the client's body in order to determine which parts need to communicate for healing to take place. Then; gentle tapping over the head and heart is used to help the body repair and remember the new pathways. Once these pathways are restored; the body is able to heal itself. What is unique about our services is that through the use of muscle testing; the sessions are customized according to the information that comes from the client so that the best results can be achieved. Our services have helped clients on the autistic spectrum with emotional release; finding and reducing sensitivities to emotional; environmental and dietary factors and reducing stress.

Bon Secours’ history begins with three young nurses who traveled from France in 1881 with a mission: to care for the sick and dying in Baltimore. Their model of care was notably different.
