It has always been our dream to give back in a meaningful way. Creations Clinical Services, LLC plans on making significant changes in children and families lives each one at a time; utilizing a respectful and individualized approach building upon the true value of happiness. We instill 9 core principles when working with our families: creative, respectful, empathy, attentive, trustworthy, innovative, optimistic, nurture, and sympathy all while keeping in mind to improve socially significant behaviors. Our scope of services will include behavior assessments (FBA), evaluation, creating behavior plans, 1:1 implementation of behavior therapy, training for parents and caregivers, behavior support plan monitoring and crisis management. All services will be conducted in-home and/or in the community and will be required of parent/caregiver involvement and implementation to generalize and maintain skills.

At Creative Behavioral Solutions, our mission is to provide highly personalized treatment based on the scientifically proven principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Through the on-going collaboration of family, school personnel, and related service providers and professionals, we strive to develop the most effective treatment for every child. Our teaching strategies utilize creative student-driven materials adapted to meet the unique needs of every child to ensure a fun and motivating learning environment. Services provided by Creative Behavior Solutions include-- 1) Educational Advocacy • School Observation • Record review • School Meeting attendance and coordination • IEP development • 504 Plan development 2) Academic Tutoring • In home; one on one tutoring for academic subjects • Working with your child's strengths to help improve academic performance • Teaching skills to be utilized across all academic areas 3) Executive Function Coaching • Executive functions are the processes by which we make decisions; organize our thoughts and actions; and manage our time. • Executive function coaching helps to teach strategies for time management; organization; study skills; and strategies for completing academic work more efficiently. A plan is developed based on the individual needs of the child and family. 4) Academic Programming • After meeting with parent(s)/ guardians and the school, a comprehensive plan is developed to improve upon academic skills. The plan is unique to each child's needs and data are compiled to assess the effectiveness of the plan. 5) Life Skills Training • Depending on the needs of the child and family, a comprehensive plan is developed to improve independence with life skills both in the home and the community. Task analyses are conducted for each task, and visual supports are created to increase independence. Data are taken to assess the effectiveness of the plan. 6) Individual Social Skills Training • One on one social skills training is provided in the home and/or community. Skills are taught on an individual basis to then be generalized into a larger group as the skills are mastered. 7) Visual Supports and Materials • Custom visual supports are made and laminated (as needed) based upon individual needs. These supports can be used to help with academics; executive function coaching; academic programming; life skills training; and social skills training. • Visual supports can also be made to help support behavior plans in the home (rules; expectations; rewards).

George Braddock pioneered the implementation of person-centered planning principles to homes for people with disabilities. In his 25 years as a licensed general contractor and housing consultant; he has been involved in more than 1;500 projects guided by these principles. Creative Housing Solutions; LLC was established so the knowledge and expertise gained from this significant work would be utilized elsewhere and continue to be improved upon. Work has been provided to families; provider agencies; non-profit housing organizations and governments. In addition to design and construction; his company has provided maintenance and repair services spanning decades on some projects. Mr. Braddock provides trainings; conducts workshops and presents at conferences introducing professionals; individuals; families and advocates to the critical role of the physical environment in shifting the balance for persons with developmental disabilities towards choice; control and participation in their homes. Creative Housing Solutions has provided consulting and architectural services in Oregon; Washington; Hawaii; Idaho; Texas; Maryland; Illinois; Indiana; Nevada; Delaware; South Dakota and California.

Serving most of Maryland Public and Private Schools. My goal is the realization of every student’s academic potential. I am an educator with over 30 years of experience in the field of special education with an emphasis on the inclusion classroom setting. Due to my knowledge of the special education process, I am qualified to advocate for kids and parents who are in the process of navigating their way through the sometimes rather arduous maze of the IEP process.
