We are a small aba company with 2 BCBA owners who are extremely involved in all clients care, supervision, parent training. We believe in play based and naturalistic learning experiences, including in home, community, and in school (shadowing) for all learners. We are trauma informed, compassionate providers working with people from 18 months to adult (job coaching, executive functioning, social skills, etc). We pride ourselves on low turnover, dedicated and career oriented providers and have BCaBA's and BCBA's doing direct work in addition to RBT's. Serving Montgomery and Frederick Counties (Maryland), as well as Loudoun and Fairfax Counties (Virginia).
