Applying for a Child Care Scholarship is quicker and easier than ever!

The Child Care Scholarship (CCS) (formerly known as Child Care Subsidy) program helps eligible families in Maryland pay for high-quality child care and early education programs. The program is managed through a centralized vendor -- Child Care Scholarship Central 2 (CCS Central 2).

he Interagency Collaboration Branch coordinates multiple, statewide service initiatives for children and students, ages birth through 21 in collaboration with the Maryland Department of Health, Human Services/Department of Social Services, Department of Disabilities, and Department of Juvenile Services. The Branch implements and manages Maryland's Medicaid Autism Waiver and health related Medicaid program for children and youth. Responsibilities include technical assistance and monitoring of Autism Waiver and Medicaid services offered by local school systems, special education nonpublic schools, and other public and private agencies.
