LMR is the bridge you need to connect your child and your school.  LMR's focus is on empowering you, as a parent, to set your child on the path to success.  Our goal is to create a team effort involving parents, students and schools in order to advocate that every child receives the education they require to succeed.

Creating the best educational plan for your child requires a set of decisions which will last a lifetime. The guidance, insight, and expertise of a professional advocate is instrumental to getting the job done right whether through an IEP, a 504 Plan, or the implementation of specific interventions.

Selecting child care is an important decision for you and your child. The quality of care, cost, and convenience of location will have a big impact on your lives. To help you make this decision, resource and referral services are available through LOCATE: Child Care, a free service that will help you find child care to fill your needs.

I provide individual and family therapy for children and adults who have been diagnosed with high functioning autism or Asperger's Disorder, AD/HD, LD, executive dysfunction and mood disorders. I understand the confusion that can be associated with these issues and I work hard to educate individuals and families, as well as to highlight existing areas of strength. Treatment focuses on helping individuals cultivate their natural skills and talents to compensate for areas of greater difficulty and to develop a sense of self-efficacy and self-esteem. I frequently collaborating (with clients' permission) with family members, educators and other health care providers to create a broad "treatment team." I also provide comprehensive neuropsychoeducational evaluations for AD/HD, LD, executive dysfunction and neurodevelopmental disorders. Following the evaluation, I work with families and collaborate with schools to develop a plan to accommodate for areas of challenge.
